Product Description
Product Detail
Plastic Injection Mould
Plastic injection molding is the process used to produce low or high volumes of custom plastic parts for commercial and industrial use. From complicated automobile safety components to simple products like business card holders, they are used like everywhere.
Producing high-quality plastic parts starts from a quality built mould.
To make our customers work easier, EJS helps the customers on mould for their injection moulding machines.
Every year, E.J.S exhibits our screw barrels at different shows. We meet our old and new customers at Chinaplas.

Why Do Plastic Injection Moulds Cost So Much?
Producing high quality plastic parts can only be achieved by using a high quality built mold. Molds for plastic injection consist of precisely machined components requires expensive steels such as hardened mold steels.
Furthermore, the molds are designed and made by highly skilled and well paid people who are called “mold makers”. They have spent years and even decades in the mold making.
Additionally, mold makers need very expensive tools to perform their job, such as expensive software, CNC machinery, tooling, and precision fixtures.
Finally the amount of time that mold makers need to finish a plastic injection mould can range from a few days to several weeks depending on the complexity and size of the end product.
About E.J.S.
EJS Screw Barrels is a newly created brand name for Export business with manufacturing experiences since 1992.
A screw barrel manufacturer dedicated on producing customized screw barrel and design extruder screw barrels, injection moulding screw barrels.
Bimetallic Screw Barrels
We started to make bimetallic screw barrel at a very early age, almost the same time as the first bimetallic barrel was born in China. Now we have several types for options depending on different applications

Quality Inspection
Quality is a very important step during production. For making a quality screw barrel, all tolerances should be fulfilled and all dimensions should be correct and put in records.
We provide inspection report, material certificate for every of our supplied screw barrels.
Packaging
Packaging is the last but very important step before shipping. A strong and smart packing box is also part of our quality. It is not only used to protect the screws barrels well during transportation, also provide an easy way for our customer to unpack.
